REFUND POLiCY.

Active United wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also require proof of purchase. To start a return , you can contact us at hello@activeunited.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll then confirm return address details for you.

Damages and Issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or perhaps received the wrong item, to ensure we can review and correct any issues.

Exceptions / non – returnable items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return any approved return , once its accepted then re-purchase.

Refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.

Faulty Items. Active United has a number of strict processes in place to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the issue. In instances where the order was received more than 30 days ago, please contact the Active United team at hello@activeunited.com.au. We will listen, advise and assist you with our returns process.
